Goal: Chief Marketing Maven
Here's a fun fact: Chief Brand Officers (CBOs) are a dying breed. It's not enough to be solely focused on brand execution; you also need to be focused on communication and marketing strategy along with it. It's about a holistic and entire ownership of the experience and vibe. Wearing a lot of hats is my favorite thing about working within startups. I like being able to relate to multiple departments and build from the ground up.


Kara has a strong skill set in communication and project management. She is creative, curious, and above all ambitious with her passions. Her knowledge of new technology and ways to engineer it for the greater good are the key elements of what makes her a great asset.

When I worked as the Community Manager for a gaming startup called "Starlux Games", I had the opportunity to write, direct, and edit their Kickstarter commercials, which brought in over 50k.
Data-Driven Insights Turned into Storytelling
Building a Google Analytics Storyboard for cities looking to see what areas, what SEO terms, and what engagement level their constituents are at. These analytics were then taken and thrown into AI to create easy-to-read reports with recommendations based on location.
